This Staub Turner is excellent picking up and turning solid food, which makes it easier when cooking, and it works really well for frying and sauteing tools. This turner is ideally suited for all Zwilling non-stick cookware such as CFX clad, Motion, Ballarini, Alu Pro including ceramic coated pots and pans. It can be used for stainless steel cookware as well as cast iron and a ceramic bakeware helper. This turner is slightly angled for comfort, a convenient and safe feature. This Staub turner is made from long-lasting black matte silicone and eco-friendly Acacia wood. Handwashing is highly recommended.

The silicone tool gently bends to the curve of the wok allowing for consistent proper "scooping" of ingredients without scratching the seasoning of the pan like many metal tools do. 10/10 product that I would highly recommend.

Sleek design, beautiful wood handle, it has a slanted edge and lets you scoop underneath eggs, potatoes, or any other product you're preparing. Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of my favorites Wok turners are invaluable for cooking in any wok or chef's pan. The curve of this tools fits the sloping sides of these pans perfectly. No scratching the pan because of the right angles of a traditional turner or burnt bits because a spoon doesn't get everything turned. This one is a beautiful addition to the kitchen. The heat resistant silicone works efficiently to turn and toss meats and vegetables quickly and thoroughly. The beautiful acacia wood handle is comfortable and easy to grip.

The Acacia wood handle has a really nice texture to it, and looks great in any kitchen, definitely makes a statement in your utensil crock.

The turner is perfectly formed to flip and turn foods as you stir fry. Because it is covered in silicon it is easy on your nonstick pots as well as cast iron or stainless steel.
