Is Pvns serious?

The Australian Government considers the Nuclear Fuel Cycle (NFC) to be a national security threat because it poses a risk to nuclear proliferation.

In addition, it is currently illegal to demand payment for any kind of uranium enrichment work performed on the Australian territory of Australia.

[0347] It is the understanding of the Government of Australia that the Australian Government sees no reason to modify the nuclear fuel cycle because it is a national security threat.
[0348] But because the metal structure of the fuel cycle is so different from the fuel cycle of an Atomic Power Station (AP), it would be very difficult for an AP to comply with the Nuclear Fuel Cycle Regulations (NFR) in a manner that conforms to the national Nuclear Fuel Cycle (NFC) code of practice.
[0349] The Government would be able to obtain an order under section 164 of the NFP to stop the operation of a nuclear power plant or to close it down.
[0350] The Government of Australia would be able to do what it could to stop the use of nuclear power. The Government has a responsibility to ensure that the safety of people and property does not endanger.
[0351] The Government of Australia would be able to take action under section 104 of the NFP to get an order under section 164 of the NFP to stop the operation of a nuclear power plant or to close it down.
[0353] It would be lawful for the Government of Australia to allow an AP to continue operating in Australia. Foreign governments could also enter into agreements with the Government of Australia to support the operation of a nuclear power plant or to enable an AP to continue operating in Australia.
[0354] The Government of Australia would be able to help repair an AP by extending an order under section 104 of the NFP to extend an order under section 164 of the NFP to stop the operation of a nuclear power plant or to close it down. The Government of Australia would be able to assist the AP with repair and/or replacement of damaged equipment.
